- For perfect cooking, heat 1 litre of water for every 100 g of pasta and add salt. Put the pasta in when the water boils and cook till done. Drain and enjoy with your favourite sauce.

Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g of CORN PASTA FUSILLI DIAT Rádisson, 1 large apple, 150 g of feta cheese, 200 g of boneless chicken breast in strips, 1 handful of walnuts, 1 handful of raisins, oregano, 1 bay leaf. For the vinaigrette: 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard (check gluten-free brand), 1 tablespoon of honey, salt.
Sauté the chicken strips in a pan, season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Pour the apple, diced feta cheese, walnuts, raisins and cooked chicken into a bowl. Boil the pasta with a bay leaf, drain, let it cool and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl by pouring in the olive oil, mustard, honey and a little salt, stir until obtaining a homogeneous texture. Add the vinaigrette to the salad. Mix all the ingredients well and serve.
