• For perfect cooking, heat 1 litre of water for every 100 g of pasta and add salt. Put the pasta in when the water boils and cook till done. Drain and enjoy with your favourite sauce.

We suggest tasty and nutritious Spaghetti with pumpkin sauce.

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FUSILLI CORN PASTA DIET Rádisson, 500 g of pumpkin, 1 medium onion, 50 g of grated parmigiana cheese, 50 g of grated sheep’s cheese, 1 small glass of white wine, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and dice. Finely slice the onion and place with the pumpkin in a pan at medium with a little oil and cover. When done, season with salt and pepper and add the wine. Evaporate at low heat stirring with a wooden spoon. Boil the pasta, drain and place in a serving bowl. Dress with the pumpkin sauce and grated cheeses. Mix well and serve.
